What Data Will Be Deleted?
Once your request is verified, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your account information such as email address and user ID
- App usage data linked to your account
- Subscription-related identifiers, if applicable
Data Retention and Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 to 14 working days. Some transaction or payment records may be retained if required by law or for billing and compliance purposes. After deletion, the account cannot be recovered.
